GOLDEN APPLE™ FAQ

Q: What is the Golden Apple?
A: The Golden Apple™ is a special fruit that grows on ONE Wolfhaven Money Tree (selected randomly) about once every 24-48 hours. 5% of all donations made to Wolfhaven Money Trees participating in the Golden Apple™ Program are collected in a special account. When the Golden Apple™ is picked by the luck winner, they receive the full amount collected toward the pot up until that time.

Q: How do I find the Golden Apple?
A: Its random - but visiting as many trees in the Golden Apple™ Program from the Wolfhaven Master Money Tree List will increase your odds of locating it.

Q: I found the Golden Apple™ but can't click on it. Why not?
A: You MUST be under 60 days old to collect the Golden Apple™ and you may not have picked a Golden Apple™ within the last 30 days.

Q: Ok I clicked on it and it said I won, now what? Where is my money?
A: You MUST go to the Wolfhaven Money Tree HQ in Silla to collect you prize. Once there you can click on the master Golden Apple™ to receive payment, but you MUST do so within 12 hours of winning or the funds will go BACK into the pot for the next winner.

Q: How long can a Golden Apple™ live?
A: 12 Hours - then it vanishes. The money is restored to the pot and a new apple is placed elsewhere.

Q: What happens if someone doesn't collect their prize?
A: It gets added to the pot for the NEXT winner.

Q: Will a tree work normally if it is NOT in the Golden Apple™ Program?
A: Yes! (But it won't be listed on the website or the Golden Apple™ donations board.

Q: What is the Golden Apple™ Program?
A: The Golden Apple™ program, when active, will transfer 5% of all donations to a holding account where they will accumulate in a master "Golden Apple" at the Wolfhaven Productions location in Silla. At random once every 24-48 hours, ONE tree in the Golden Apple™ program will produce a Golden Apple. If an Avatar clicks on the Golden Apple, they will be granted the total amount that was donated to the Golden Apple™ program up until that time. To collect their winnings they MUST come to claim their prize at the master "Golden Apple" within 12 hours. (Note: Donations to the tree that result in less than L$1 going to the Golden Apple™ will be rounded UP to the nearest L$1.)

Q: What benefit is there to ME if I add my tree to the Golden Apple™ program?
A: Your tree will be listed on the master tree list on the Wolfhaven Productions website. Your tree will be one of the trees that potentially can produce Golden Apples and will be labeled as such. Since people will be looking for the Golden Apple™ (and won't know which location it is at) you will glean more traffic from this program because they will have to search ALL the locations to find it.

Q: How can people find out where the Golden Apple™ program Wolfhaven Money Trees are located?
A: They can come to the Master Golden Apple™ at the Wolfhaven Productions facility in Silla to obtain a list of all the trees in the program and their locations. This list will also reflect total amount of L$ that have been paid out by the trees. The last ten trees donated to that are in the Golden Apple™ program will also be displayed on a special list, and people will be able to click a teleport link at the Wolfhaven facility to go directly to them.

Q: How will we know who won the L$ on the Golden Apple?
A: The names of the last THREE winners will be displayed at the Master Golden Apple. The records of winners WILL Be available for review at any time at reasonable request. We MAY add a website log at a later date that is viewable if it becomes apparent that this is a desireable thing.

Q: How often can someone WIN the Golden Apple?
A: There is NO limit as to how many times someone may win the Golden Apple, however, to prevent the same person from getting the prize every single time, a single avatar may only actually win the Golden Apple™ prize once every 30 days. (Since the Golden Apple™ can only be picked by someone under 60 days old - that gives someone a theoretical TWO chances at it!)

Q: How long does it take for a tree to become listed once it enters the Golden Apple™ program?
A: A tree MUST be active for at least 24 hours before it will be listed on the master Golden Apple™ Tree list on the Wolfhaven Website. This time buffer will help prevent people from activating a tree to get listed then pulling it from the program.
